Guest Services

Our front desk staff is very knowledgeable about each of our services. They are happy to assist with the selection of treatments for your desired result.  For more details on any of our services, please call or text the salon at 920.648.3082.

Parking

We recommend parking on Lake Street directly in front of the salon. There is a two hour parking limit on the square. If you receive a parking ticket, please turn it into the front desk and we will take care of it for you.

On busier days there is additional parking behind the salon off of Water Street.

Be aware parking is closed in front of the salon the last weekend in June due to Lake Mills Festival. Please allow extra time for parking.

​Cancellations

We work hard to honor everyone’s valuable time. If you need to cancel your appointment, we recommend doing so 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Canceling less than 6 hours of the appointment may incur a service fee.  No communication prior to missed appointment and you will be charged 100% of the original service fee.

Extended Appointments

If any appointment that is expected to run over three hours is missed without notice, the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged to you. This fee will need to be paid before scheduling a future appointment. All appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance for your convenience.

Internet

The salon has complimentary Wi-Fi service for our guests.

Cell Phones

We realize our guests lead busy lives, however, we do ask that you be mindful of other guests when using your cell phone in the salon.
